God , I wish it was,one of my pain killers (tramodol) tends to slow me down.

At some stage along the way I got medication from the doctor to help with the side effects of the tablets that he himself has prescribed.

Getting older can hurt too - some bright spark (usually me) usually says that it beats the alternative. Sometimes the alternative seems a much kinder option.

To me - my family know that I suffer from Depression (bipolar) and they know that suicide is a possibility. I think that something like 10-15% of bipolar sufferers commit suicide.

However if my brother finds out that I have left all my money to my cats he may commit sororicide and maybe cat-icide.

I dont have good health either but i thank my lucky stars every morning that i wake up. Many people are denied the chance. Instead of thinking of myself i focus on helping others, in fact ive just been sittimg with one of my lonely elderly neighbours, chatting and drinking tea with her for the last couple of hours or so, listening to her problems.

Make it your every day mission to wake up and ensure you are some of the 85%-90% who do not take the alternative. If you are in a whole world of pain,suffering and anguish I know it will be hard for you and you may think it is easy for me to say this to you but think of all the pain,anguish and suffering you would cause to your loved ones. The cats can wait for someone who no longer has been given the chance to fight anymore!!
