Has the online Login process changed? I logged in the other day and it opened up in a new page with a new looking login layout. Just want to double check it's genuine?

I DO bank with them...and nothing has changed recently. It would appear that any changes to the log-in are optional and are aimed at people who want to bank "on the move"....so you use a passcode and memorable word rather than PINsentry. Your log-in page may have changed because you chose the optional procedure?

I bank with them. I use the PINsentry reader and my husband uses the old fashioned passcode and memorable word option as he doesn't like new technology! For both of us the log-in screen has changed in appearance. I've logged in a couple of times on the new version and all has been fine. I wish they had told us as I was a bit concerned to start with.

I bank with Barclays and use the on-line banking service regularly with a Pinsentry thingy - I haven't noticed any change recently!
