Following on from the EBay thread with problems. I also have problems with Paypal.

They seem to have changed their page set up. I was trying to refund on a buyer's postage, which is normally very straight forward, but not today. There seems to be no facility to do this on the new page set up.

I know, the new website needs getting used to.I had to do a load of security questions when I went on it the other day(first time since the makeover)....and change my password. I was happy the way it was..but I suppose we will get used to it.

Kloofnek, could you see a section to give a refund ?
I will take a look now....
do you want to send money to someone(albeit refund or just to send...same thing really)??
Is it the case that Paypal is part and parcel of E/bay.?

Hans.
i may be wrong but if you go to the activity page there is a drop down menu top left which has refunds on it

I just want to refund a pound on the postage as I overcharged the buyer. Normally it's very easy to do.
