Hi. We are currently being evicted from our home as landlord wants to sell, and are awaiting the second stage.

Our boiler over this last two weeks has had a problem and the agents for the landlord have ignored my calls and emails. The boiler has today stopped working altogether. My rent is up to date. Is my landlord duty bound to have boiler fixed?

You probably want to ask in the law forum, but my guess is that it probably doesn't matter. By the time you get them to move on the issue, it'll be too late and you gone, possibly. But what do I know ?
