Yes, a couple of times. The 69-70 season one and the 1970 World Cup one.

They were a bit before my time, but I did finish a couple of Pro-Set card albums, and Merlin's sticker albums.

Once, AND without sending money in. I can't remember the year but it was a football album and the Scottish teams were two players to a sticker and the last one I needed was Alex? McLeish and someone else from Aberdeen. Thank you Richard Bennett for making that last swap.

Yep....but I cheated and had to get the last few by sending off to them

That was for Mexico 86

I also had a few ones for the "Premiership" as it was back then in the mid 80s. with teams like QPR and Oxford in it

Oh the joy of opening the packet, and getting the foil club badge ones

But of course there was always the ones that every one had....

I never managed to finish a book, despite once spending all my birthday money buying 30 pack of stickers.

I think the book Dingoeater was refering to was 'Football 87',

I am still only one sticker away from completing my ET album from about 1982! It's part of a two-sticker image - the famous one where Elliot and ET are on the bike, silhouetted in front of the moon. I need the one that has the majority of the bike, so if anyone out there has it...!!!

Bit late sorry, but Ebay had the complete set of ET stickers (unused) going for a couple of quid

Im sure you will find that elusive one somewhere though
