Spam Filters

Our office is being bombarded with spam at the moment (a colleague had 220 spam emails on Monday). Our IT chap says he will increase the filter amount to try and combat this. We currently have AVG as security and I personally have made about 80 'rules' in Outlook but this is only partly effective. What recommendations would you have?

Darn, I though this said Spam Fritters !

I tend to be less bothered although often get the odd one or two getting through. I use MS Outlook and Kaspersky also keeps an eye on things. I don;t think you can get 100% perfection and tends to be better to let a few through that you catch by eye than have the good stuff jump into the Junk Mail folder unnoticed.

I know my woman uses Mail Washer on her PC. You could try that.
