Nokia mobile

Nokia 1208, have not used it for sometime rechared it but it needs topping up
tried too do this with my debit card but cannot seem too connect with Orange, does this mean the phone has locked out I've tried the internet sites for a free unlocking code.Can anyone push me in the right direction.

Vignon, not very helpful I'm sorry to say but Orange has recently changed and is now EE - an abbreviation for Everything Everywhere. Might be worth searching the internet along those lines. Good luck.
