Oh forgot - we brought our own drinkypoo - some of us were steamin on the steam train.
The Scarborough Flyer steam pulled train passes us every Friday from July to September, not this year though, as Northern Rail stopped all steam trains through the Vale of York because of fire risk.

Remember when EVERY train was pulled by a steam engine, they weren't stopped in hoy dry weather were they?

This has taken ruddy ages to upload and I don't think it will play properly. I've said it's rubbish so you don't have to tell me :-)
it's not 'working' for me, prudie. ;-(
Works for me, well done.
Your right, it is a bit 'shaky', what were you doing sitting on the wobbly gate?

☺☺☺
Prudie - was it going slow? I pictured them thundering past. I have to say that I have never experienced travel sickness from watching a video before. :-)

I got it too Prudie, were a bit close weren't you? I just stand and wave from the garden on the hill above the track.
When there were only steam egines the tracksides were cleared to avoid risk of fire. This isn't the case now.
The angle made it look slower although it was nowhere near as fast as a normal train. I admit I'd walked in from the level crossing and was too close to the line and nervous of tripping up...
