possible cause of symptoms?

Sudden furnace like heat (as in menopause, but I am past that), eratic heart thumping, increasing dizziness. Am on blood pressure meds; blood pressure test shows low scores. They are the only prescriptions I have.

I am also on Blood presure medicine with low readings. He also found that I have cystitis with no symptoms but don't think this is the cause. Get yourself to the doctor.
Erratic thumping in the region of the heart is a typical sign of thyroid trouble. Also a horrible thumping in the throat and a feeling of anxiety.I would call it palpitations. Dizziness too.Very scary.. Sweating ,thinning hair, dry skin, splitting nails, tiredness and weight gain.I am also post menopausal and it turned out to be an underactive thyroid.
