Tv/radio Show Anagram

Have been working on this for weeks, have asked friends have looked at websites but am stumped as time running out. Don't care about prize in fact it doesn't mention one - just want to solve it!!

DWDLTARARTE (probably 3 words if dashes are anything to go by, but looking at other clues not always 100%)

Looks something like World War Two.

Or The World War, although i don't know of any programmes with these names.
Do they give an indication of the number of words or letter split?

Yes, my first thought was World at War (or The World at War) but the letter count is wrong for both

No factor, there are three words indicated by dashes and looking at other answers generally that is accurate but not 100% sure. I think there is a mistake with letters and it is irritating! Thanks for looking anyway.

Yes thanks Fibonacci as well, I reckon they left a couple of letters out. My first thought was The World at War. Hey ho, will put that and request answers with a s.a.envelope, don't normally bother!

Is it one of these where you first find the shaded letters by answering crossword clues?
Are there definitely only 11 such letters?

No Factor, there are a list of anagrams, eg
GOTPARE Top Gear

I wonder if one D has been mistyped/misread and should be an O. That would allow WORLD to be in there. It would allow Total Reward but I don't know of such a programme
