How are UKIP going to lower income tax, without any MP's in Westminster ?

A repeat of my post on the other thread on this subject: The devil is in the detail. Until I knew precisely how they were going to fund this, I would be sceptical. I would also like to know the details of all their other policies which seem wooly at best. If you do a little digging you will see that UKIPs tax policy changes with the wind, so don't be surprised if you vote...

The radio is still working, but the batteries fell out all over the bathroom floor and for that I blame Farage !

Hmmmm, for someone providing entertainment who certainly seems to have you irked about something.
As for the polls, after that woeful performance by Ed last week(forgetting his lines on a major issue i.e. the deficit and outshone by a 93 year old) I'll take them with a massive handful of sodium chloride at this moment in time.

I loathe UKIP as much as you do, we've had many conversations about it.
But you're really being quite childish in this question. Nobody expects UKIP to win the General Election. Not even UKIP. It's not really what they're aiming for (and yes, before you start, it is perfectly valid to enter an election with a goal other than winning it).
What UKIP want (or rather what they seem to want from an outsider perspective) is to affect national politics by changing what people are talking about. In terms of Westminster, their ambitions don't seem to extend beyond getting one seat. The fact that they are even there gives the EU issue a higher and more consistent visibility than it would otherwise have.
We really have nothing to gain by wilfully re-imagining UKIP as some kind of crusade to take the Commons and then mocking its inability to do that. That's called a straw man, and it's a fallacy.

Perhaps Mr Farage would prefer that ISIS would halt their killings until after UKIP has finished their Conference ! What a silly man !
