Do a hot wash with some soda crystals - although polishing the inside of your drum is a step too far in houseproud- edness :-)

Ohhh.... I don't have soda crystals and I don't use fabric softener.....

Serves me right for tossing some rags into the washing, that I'd been cleaning some brass with....

Soda crystals and a hotter than usual wash seem to have done the trick - thanks, trusty ABers! (I couldn't find that product tilly pointed me to)
