Sky Remote

I recentry tryed to programme my sky remote to that when I pressed the sky button it would go straight from a normal channel to a chosen sky channel. I wanted 408 but when I press the sky button it goes
4-0-8 then a blue screen. Does anyone know how to de programme the remote?

It tells you somewhere in the booklet that if you leave the electricity switched off your television for about 10/15 mins you will have to recode your remote as it no longer works. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the answer but I leave the televiosion and sky box over night and I still have the problem

I think Seelie means to power down your skybox and leave it off for a bit.

Remove the card, power back on again and insert the card when it says to. I've had to do this to mine a lot.

Or alternatively if you remove the batteries from the sky remote for longer than a 15 seconds I think (it's on a sticker in the battery compartment) it forgets the tv setting.
