Absolutely no heels owned. I refuse to shorten my Achilles tendons and give myself bunions for the sake of some daft fashion.

I have a couple of pairs of modest heels, but haven't worn them for years. I find that very flat 'ballerinas' hurt my back so I usually have about 1" elevation 'flattie' at the heel. Total count of pairs of shoes...... 13 (and I really ought to chuck out a couple of them) - do wellies count? I have them too.

Only a few pairs of heels now, since I had the hip replacement I feel better in small heeled flats. The Malaysian women can always flog her 43 years worth of shoes and handbags and the odd llama to make up any shortfall. How the other half lives!

Nowhere near 1000 but I have got every colour of Hotter pixie boots...I guess that's quite sad isn't it? I have never been able to wear heels higher than 2 inches.

Can't wear high heels any more .I'd look like Dick Emery tottering along .
I've got about a dozen pairs of flat shoes ,three of boots and a couple of pairs of sandals .I'm more into slippers these days ..lol.
