we are in the usual AB loop of what is said/rumoured must be true.

we are not sure if it is true until it comes to court.

Its a bit more than rumour PP. Actual letters from this MP with very incriminating evidence. Nights sharing the same bed whilst his family was not there. Love and kisses etc.

Talking about the victim, the Daily Mail says:

"he is now in his mid-fifties and lives with his dog on a suburban street on the outskirts of Leicester. A stocky man, with tattoos and bleached-blond hair,"

Won't take his neighbours too long to identify him from that. Could the Mail have broken the law here and thereby put the, admittedly thin, chances of a prosecution here in jeopardy?

This is a genuine question, not a dig at the Mail. How far can you go in 'identifying' victims in these circumstances?
