Direct Line Home Insurance Email Address?

Can anyone tell me the above please? Their website only gives phone numbers and have tried this and the query is never resolved - and so now I need to write and have not got the patience for snail-mail!! TIA

My Complaint
I am writing to express my stron dissatisfaction on the activity of my insurance company Direct Line.
First of all: I am Polish and poorly I am speaking English and on the phone I won't certainly communicate.
Therefore in telephone conversations in my name my friend 91 old year Arnold Rymaszewski is talking.
He lives in England from the II world war.
In the 31.03.2012 day it in my name proposed it on the phone about a road accident when it in Ipswich
at the 12.30 hour into the rear of my car Hyundai XG 30 reg.no. V74LJH in front of a crossing he hit
Mercedes Sprinter reg.no.LV11PZM.I stopped since she crossed a street msr Donna Bolsover (witness).
In the telephone conversation with your company she told you for me to do the evaluation of losses in the workshop.
What I made in the 04.04.2012 day in the workshop John Grose in Ipswich.
In this matter I sent three letters with a description of an accident and with maps.
There was after the first letter no reply and I was informed,they didn't receive such a letter.
I sent to the same content the other letter with the first class but also without the reply.
I sent the third letter registered delivery letter and nothing.
Because of the this way highly going incompetence of your company Direct Line,
I decided the matter of the compensation will commission for Polish-English company:Camps Solicitors

and of Mr Arnold Rymaszewski for representing me in the telephone conversation.
To make matters worse:Yesterday I received from you Car InsuranceRenewal Notice with the surprise.
Instead of mountly payment 60 pound from 16.08.2012 I have pay mountly 90 pound.
Straight calculation of the 50% of the rise.Today at the 4.30 hour on the phone I decided 21.07.2012 it
set the record straight.My friend Arnold Rymaszewski he is ringing!!!! bad luck
for the second time he is coming the same your worker across-idiot.
That is you the gentleman is demanding from mr Rymaszewski on the writing of the assent to representing
my person in the telephone conversation-attention!!! I am also present at this conversation-
I am introducing myself on the phone to this artist that's no use.
I wish you such workers by which your company will be a miss out on of customers.
Okay, I didn't pay for the translator.
From the attention, that on the phone I will never learn from your company from the inside out,
I am giving your services up and I probably recommend nobody your company, that for enemy.
Pleace dont renewal my policy.
