Prescription Question

I've been taking this antibiotic called IC METRONIDAZOLE I was prescribed on it for a week and have been taking them twice a day as told. Yesterday was my last day on them but I forgot to take the second pill of that day. Will I be able to take today the 1 pill that's left from yesterday ?
