I bought 20,000 Time2Learn shares at 1p each in December 2000. I stopped following how they fared some years ago. I now find that the Company has change its name to ILX and more recently to Progility. The shares are now quoted as 10p each. Does anyone know if, during the years I have had them, they have been revalued and individual holdings reduced in number, or can I assume that I am now 10 times richer that when I first bought them?

Bad news!
"In August 2003 there was a share consolidation whereby 1,000 old shares became 1 new share"

So you've got 20 new shares at 10p = £2
