Help Please If Possible.

I was cleaning my laptop keys tonight, and when I went to click on desktop everything is upside down.
I must have done something, but don't know what. I am on Win 8.1. Any help please.
I'm on my old pc at the moment.

Try pressing the Control, Alt and Upward arrow key - all at the same time.
