When Phil died I wondered why the writers didn't write a will scene considering the problems that occurred in 2000 over ownership of the farm (can't believe it was so long ago)

The settlement caused so much trouble back in 2000 with Kenton and Lizzy dripping showing their true natures - I thought it might surface again after Phil's death but no it did'nt - but it sure has now
I agree that Ruth is a little bit whiny - but I really want the other two to suffer

I don't understand why they are having Brookfield valued now anyway. If the proposed road does not go through they say they won't sell up and if it *does* go through the valuation won't be worth the paper it is written on.
As for Charlie I'm sure he will be back soon once we are all thoroughly sick of the Elizabeth/Roy saga!
