Help For Abused Adults?

Hi everyone,

Could anyone tell me if they know of an organisation which helps abused adults. I've found a lot of stuff on vunerable adults, or adults who have been sexually assaulted, but I can't find anything in between. I know about the samaritians, but I can't find any other place offering support for people over eighteen who are suffering physical/emotional abuse.

Can anyone help me out?

There are domestic abuse helplines all over the country - they don't just help battered wives these days. If you put domestic abuse and the county you live in into Google then it should bring something up

i know womens aid will direct you and give advise even if they cant offer you direct help..i have contact with them ..dont know if you are male of female...if you are female, womens aid are fantastic...if male, they will give advise...sorry if ive repeated myself! good luck if its you,...sorry if it is..get help as soon as!x
