Apologies if this has been mentioned before, but does anyone agree that Linda Carter is the most annoying character ever? The overdone pained face! Grr!

Hi, no I am not! But I found her annoying from her very first appearance; in fact I think the whole Carter family have not been a worthwhile addition to the programme, though I am aware that some people think otherwise. With regard to the business with Dean, because of the way it was shown it is not clear to me whether she is upset about being raped or because she made no real attempt to stop him and feels guilty about it.

Eastenders seem to really dragging out the storylines at present and I totally agree about being tired of seeing Linda looking pained and out of it - however I think that she may actually tell someone (her mother or Mick) about being raped sometime in the last 5 minutes of tonight's (Friday) episode, so it can end with the drumbeats!

I also have no interest in the entire Carter family - all the fuss about Danny Dyer joining the cast - he can't act! Yes, I do know where the 'off' button is.
