should be the last week end in Oct

BUT I think this year in the spring March they made an exception - split week end or something -

Clocks go forward at 1 a.m. on the last Sunday in March and back at 2 a.m. on the last Sunday in October. This year is as normal. The extra hour is on the Sunday morning, not the Saturday.
