Also, Hurricane Speedy Gonzales hasn't hit us yet so that's another reason to be cheerful.

Third day of Gold radio, electrics blown twice so I gotta reset all. Bonus, my kitchen under attack by OCD guest ;)

just managed to borrow a highchair for my little visitor next weekend. looking forward to that.

OH is a coeliac so have to ensure everything is gluten and wheat free. hence all home made baking here. nothing shop bought. not clever just time consuming. what else would I do? keeps me off the streets - walking around I mean.

successful pudding the other day - used the last of the fresh raspberries and added sponge on top in the dariole moulds. light and tasty.

I'm feeling happy too. Just ordered a Chinese, I have jelly setting in the fridge and I'm going to the shop to get some ice cream :-)

Hi, LadyJ......my reason to be cheerful today is that my son has done something to good I wanted to hug and kiss him with pride.....but he dashed out the door before I could get the stool.....

sorry I had to leave you all but had to go and help hang a garage door and then it was time to cook tea. can we have another go this afternoon. I've got some florentines and tarte tatin to go with the rest.
