Amendment To Self Assessment Tax Return

In the process of preparing a paper Self Assessment Tax Return 2013/2014, I have discovered that I overlooked including details of a matured Bond in my 2012/2013 Return which I made on line. How can I go about making a Return for the Bond at this late stage? Thanks.

Phone the tax office and tell them, is suspect they will let you add it to this years return but they will know what you should do.
