Clearly an Indian meal is called for in one of the four restaurants which represented Brighton in the National Curry Awards this year.

And, yes ... the B city has been named the National Curry Capital.

Okay, that's ... Bradford.

But Brighton came second.

Birmingham third.

having a curry tonight...happy Diwali to any Indian friends here...
I'd like to wish happy Diwali to those who celebrate.
Never heard of it before. Thanks Janb, you have educated an Ozzy, guess that wasn't overly difficult ;-)
When I first saw your thread I thought he might be the Bollywood version of Happy Gilmour :-)
I don't have any Indian friends, but Happy Diwali to any Indian ABers.

PS - Don't let Bernie and Mrs C have any curry...........think of the ozone layer........
Happy Diwali to all our Hindu friends. :)
And the award goes to FrogNog for pointing out that Diwali is a Hindu celebration, not an Indian one. :)
Not all Indians are Hindus and not all Hindus are Indian.

Happy Diwali to all that celebrate the festival of light.
Happy Diwali to those who celebrate it.

I agree with Daffy....an award for tact should be given to FrogNog
;)
