Just heard the great news on Radio 2 news at 5. He has been given the all clear after being given just 10 months to live.

Apparently he had surgery to remove a 3kg tumour in an 11 hour operation.

I saw him at a gig a few months ago in a record shop, and his tumour was really noticeable; it was like a pot-belly. Thank goodness it's gone, and all is well :-)

This must give so much hope for others with the same type of condition.
I have worked with Wilko years ago I feel so happy for him ,he has said that he feels embarrassed as he did a farewell tour,well no need Wilko many have done farewell tours and they were not dying.
