Not sure if it is called a "sidebar" but when I move my mouse curser across the screen (right to left) a display bar appears on the righthand side showing the following icons - Search, Share, Start, Devices and Settings, plus botton left a large digital clock appears, day and time appears. The only way I can stop this happening is by moving the cursor very slowly. If I happen to be looking at my Firefox list of bookmarks, and move the mouse cursor sideways, the list of bookmarks disappears to be replaced by this annoying sidebar. Does anyone know how to disable it?
Thanks in advance.

If it's the Charms sidebar then try right-clicking on the taskbar, selecting Properties from the menu, then click on the Navigation tab. The top option there allows you to turn off that sidebar when your cursor goes to the top-right corner of the screen.
