Because our economy is growing faster than everyone else's:

So Dave gives it 'one last go to get a good deal for Britain' and gets ambushed because we're doing better than France. You really couldn't make it up.
I wonder how many still supposedly want to stay in the EU, in reference sp's poll thread the other day.
Farage must be splitting his sides at the news that the EU are doing his work for him.

Only stupid, uneducated sheep criticise the EU. So we were told 2 days ago by pro-EU ABers. Curiously, they seem to be keeping a low profile this morning. Where are the 56% now.

"Cameron has announced that he will refuse to pay,..."
Listen carefully if you get a chance to see his announcement, AOG. He actually said:
"I will not pay this demand on the 1st December".
He did not say he will not pay it at all, so stand by for a bit of prevarication before a cheque is written out shortly after Christmas.
As Mr. Farage said, we cannot complain. The rules that produced this demand were agreed by all the 28 nations. The problem is, of course, that most of the nations that voted for them are net beneficiaries of the EU budget and so, of course they will vote in favour.
The entire thing is a massive wealth distribution scheme siphoning off money from nations that have it and doling it out to those who have not (rather like the UK's tax scheme). There is no benefit to the UK from the £8bn + that we shell out and we need to get out now.
