I can remember, many years ago, when President De Gaulle was thrown out of Canada for advocating independence for Quebec.

I vaguely remember that incident. He should have, in his hasty departure, taken Quebec with him and perhaps on their journey together taught the population of it to speak French:)

I have no experience of Quebec and their dialect but I do know that French people have great difficulty in understanding it.

Let's hope eh? Let's put it to the test. The EU will never throw us out. Were too good at handing over loads of dosh to them. THEY need us, we most certainly don't need them.
