Disclosure Of Documents
At what point of litigation do you legally have to provide disclosure documents? Can the opposition demand documentation prior to starting any mediation/court proceedings?
I have also been asked to provide proof of selling a car I was given as a gift (transferred from the owner into my name) which was out of tax/mot and was eventually sold on and scrapped by my buyer. How can I prove it??

They are asking for disclosure of the deceased's accounts and how the estate was run during the time we had power of attorney. No problem as far as we are concerned we have receipts for everything and its all recorded. Now its time to get down and dirty. We want proof/evidence from him that his father did in fact over 15 years ago promise him the car. We also want the assurity from him (not sure if that's the right word) that he has not made a financial promise to his informers. He is now going to be told that his informers are the very people who stole money from his dying fathers bank account - we have proof! Maybe the reason all along is they were stealing the money to give to him and once caught and made to return the money, they made a pact to give him lots of inside information regarding a lot of personal details which could only have come from these people!
