I'm in a real strop over this, how could anyone vote for the poor dancers over Thom and Simon? Then when the judges votes were cast and it was 2-1 did Len get a casting vote,which made it 2-2 and Thom was out?

Pete - I don't know but I always thought it was from the film "strictly Ballroom" added to the old show "Come Dancing". Could be wrong tho.

who did you vote for mags? In the end, it doesn't really matter - thom or simon are not ging to win, and the best will be left in at the end, so the order in which the worst go out is largely irrelevant

I agree with bednobs. The people voting are 'friends and relatives and voting for the one they know to stay in. The best ones will last till the end.

Same thing happens every year but the best 4 or 6 always end up towards the finals, it is just a matter of timing when the poorer dancers leave. I'm surprised Scot is still on but that will be the Radio 1 fan base, he doesn't improve at all week on week!
