Does Anyone Have A Contact Telephone Number For Yodel Delivery(Not The Automated No) Or Email Address?

Had had seriouous prolems with Yodel in the past and never been able to get a satidsfactory response. I avoid companies who use Yodel for delivieries now.

This is my 2nd experience with a yodel delivery. The first one was a problem too. I ordered an item and didn't know until today that it's coming via yodel. Oh dear...

When asked for a card reference number type 12345678.

You will need to do this twice.

It should then connect you to an agent.

Dave - thank you! it took a couple of tries but it worked - also if it's a help to anyone -: Customer CARE Department, Yodel, No 1 Peel Cross Road, Off Eccles New Road, Salford M5 4SE. I shall certainly be letting them know what I think...which I can't print here!
