.. blogged & shared footage of his wife Aydas labour. She obviously must have agreed to it. What do people think ? If my husband had sung while I'd been in labour I'd have had him thrown out ... giving birth is just a bit painful :0? http:// metro.c o.uk/20 14/10/2 7/robbi e-willi ams-liv e-tweet s-his-w ife-ayd a-field s-labou r-video s-and-a ll-4924 116/

When the present Mrs Hughes was delivering our youngest daughter - the only birth I attended - social media was unavailable, but even had it been, I would have been enjoying being mystified by the glory that is birth, while also fretting at the obvious pain my wife was suffereing, and being glad that just she and I shared such a wonderful unforgettable memory.

Sqad - "Blo.ody hell andy......"the glory that is birth"....??"
That's how it felt to me.
"There is no place in the delivery room for the father......that is if one knows the identity of the father."
Each to their own - I would not have missed it for the world. I was the first person to see my baby, and the person to announce her gender to the room, a fantastic moment which I will never forget.
I'm sorry you don't share my view of such a wonderful expereince.

Think you have all missed the point here. RW is a showman, our husbands are not, well mine certainly isn't and he can't sing for toffee. RW's wife knew what he was like when she married him and probably shares his sense of fun/humour although she did look a bit fed up in some of the photo's. As someone once said, he would perform at the opening of a fridge. Not only is he a showman, he's also a show off, but I wouldn't mind if he wanted to entertain me,as long as I'm not in labour! x
'RW is a showman,'
More like a show off. The bloke is a d1ck, I got conned into going to watch him play at Wembley last year. He must have spent 40% of the show chatting about crap inbetween songs and doing other stupid things. Even worse, I had to endure Olly Murrs for the first half hour, it was like a circus show.
To be fair, RW is a better singer than I thought he was (not that I really listen to him).

I thought it was brilliant !
They came across as a very loving couple who shared all emotions, laughing, grumpy, caring and sharing.
Anyway...all the videos i've seen on-line have a big arrow which usually means 'play'. Just don't press the button if you're easily offended on other peoples behalf in future ;)
