I have been having this song running through my head for about a month now and all I know is a few lines of the lyrics. I've tried searching myself but I am having no luck. What little bit I do know goes like this: "what if I'm right what if I'm wrong why can't we try to get along, baby." the parts where it says "what if" I'm not exactly sure if that's how it goes that's just what it is in my head, I do know that there is two syllables there. Also I am pretty sure the song is from the 90's maybe early or mid and that the singer is a guy with a sort-of deep voice. I hope what little info I have will help you help me with this, I just can't get this song out of my head. Thanks for any help you can give me

Pil - Rise??

I could be wrong
I could be right
I could be wrong

I could be wrong
I could be right
I could be black
I could be white
I could be right
I could be wrong
I could be white
I could be black

Your time has come
Your second skin
The cost so high
The gain so low
Walk through the valley
The written word is a lie

I would go with REM- Drive.
