Can a person who is granted a spouse visa be deported since the person couple are not living anymore or simply separated ?

After 12 months she could have, (if she chose to) apply for an indefinate leave to remain visa. So therefore as it is longer than a year it is actually unlikely. With an of " indefinate leave to remain" visa she will need to prove that she will not need benefits and support herself financially. She will not be entitled to claim benefits. After 3 years of indefinate leave to remain she can apply for citizensh
the "spouse" visa could be cancelled but it is highly unlikely she will be refused permission to remain in uk. This is because she is now eligible fit an "indefinate leave to remain visa" as she has been here longer than a year on the spouse visa.if the spouse visa was cancelled all she needs to do I'd apply for the "Indefinate leave to remain" visa.

Have been thru the whole visa saga. Fell in live with an englishman and the visa saga was (a) apply for spouse visa (lasts for a minimum of 1 yr)
(b) after 1 yr chose to apply for indefinate leave to remain visa (c) after
Another 3 yrs applied for full citizenship. Mine really was a case of falling in love etc..., did not marry for citizenship
And have never ever claimed any benefits of any kind.
