We all have different point's of view on here as can be seen, how do you react inside when someone Rubbishes your opinion? ( Not referring to myself, by the way) does it keep you thinking or do you just pass it off, or, switch off?

I can't say I get overly aerated about it if someone says I'm talking rubbish (sometimes I am) - but often I think - hey, I've experienced this situation, I know what I'm talking about, and if you don't, it's your prerogative to think you're right. Life's too short to take the hump.

It rather depends on the tone of the 'rubbishing' I mostly take it on the chin.

I think it's not the difference of opinion which hurts (everybody to their own) it's the ones who sneer or are completely rude (and there are a few) who I now avoid. Most ABers are lovely people and it takes all sorts to make a world! :)
How many of the politicians of yesteryear do you recognise?

I don't mind people all giving their opinions . That's ok. It's when it turns personal , bitchy and really nasty..... well that post should then be pulled. There's no need for nastiness boys and girls. Agree to disagree and be thankful you live in a country where you are able to voice your opinions without being killed for so doing.
It doesn't bother me.

I rarely consider people to be nasty. I think people just read others responses wrong. What is written in print can come across completely different from the spoken word and that's what I take into consideration before I act all offended.
Exactly right, ummmm. It's never really important enough to bother me. Disagreements are fine, personal attacks unnecessary, but whatever...
