If you top it up online do you then have to still go to the ticket machine to activate it or do you just tap in and it automatically credits your card???

Have to run soon so have a funky thursday!

when you top up, you nominate your "collection" station. when you tap in at that station, the top up is automatically added. however the system takes a while to catch up so you'd be unlikely to top up online and get it on your card on the same day.
