Passin my accountancy exams 7 years ago after 3 year gap of sittin them was great point of my life....proof that I have a brain ...been all down hill since then.
At 22 i beefed up (I used to be a skinny weed) ...and I quit a job to go back to college........so that was the point that my life really changed....I had so much more potential in personal life, career etc...so that was a major defining point in my life.

I've had bloody hundreds, some of them good, some of them bad but the ONE I remember was standing outside my (now) wife's front door of her flat in London, having not seen her for nearly seven years ( she was my first wife's second cousin.... very complicated) with a drink problem, drug problem, and with my young sons in tow and no idea where I was going or what I was doing but somehow with my heart in my mouth ( because it was a real cheek) I hoped it was the right place to come. I nearly didn't ring the bell I was so nervous she'd tell me to sling my hook and it was a bloody cheek and thought about just going straight back to Belfast.Thankfully I rang the bell and she never hesitated to have us there, wonderful thing she is. That was ten yers ago nearly and she completely turned my life around for me. We've just had our third child this week and I'm close to being the happiest man in the world:)
my defining moment was undoubtedly 2 and half years ago, when my son was born. Everything before that was just like a pretend life.....frivolous and a bit pointless. I've never felt so sure of myself and as happy with who I am as I have done since Charlie came along.
Nox....what a lovely story. It was obviously meant to be. Well done for having the courage to ring that door bell. xx
