I'm unable to view my mobile bill on the 02 website. I've tried emailing them, but they haven't replied. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I have had that problem for no joke about a year!! To be honest I would not bother.. I have sent numerous messages and they never reply!! It is also the same when my sister tries to logg on.. O2 are just as bad as Toshiba..!!
