Ipad Problem

All the colours on my iPad have suddenly changed. Instead of the usual neutral / natural colours, everything is now orange / purple / turquoise. And photographs / pictures look rather like negatives.

How do I get normal colours back?

I'm not very techy, so could some nice person please give very straightforward instructions? Thanks

The following is just from a web search, so I'm not guaranteeing that it's relevant in your case but it looks as if it might be worth a try:

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Invert Colors
Set this to OFF.
