Brawn, cooked cows brain, tasted OK, as I remember.
How can that be, the human brain will hold its own form, unlike cooked porridge. Also im not sure that your brain has a direct access to your nasal passage!
Holding a brain in your hands, one has the feeling of solidarity..........don't know about porridge...;-)
The porridge given to me as a child was a solid lump.

Of the illustrations in my last two posts I have to say the callypigian Miss Kardashian's looks better than that pic of a brain, just.
