I always try to watch this programme purely for the people watching interest. I am fascinated by the apparently "mute" boyfriend in one family group - his immobile facial expression never changes. In the last series his long frizzy hair, vacant expression and long bare legs (he wears shorts) had me glued to the screen as I couldn't believe he never once communicated with the others with his girl friend always sitting next to him, His hair has been reduced in length but otherwise nothing has changed. Don't they ever watch the programme back to see how they come across?
