Can anyone recommend a good craftsperson who makes enamel jewellery?

I have searched the internet but can't find anything I like, except for one piece that was selling for £40,000. A tad out of my price range.

I am particularly looking for a large pendant for a lady.

I recently bought a beautiful pair of earrings and a Dr Who bracelet for my sister from this seller on ebay. I've seen pendants in her shop. She is English, now living in Georgia, USA. The prices are excellent and the shipping was fast and reasonable. Everything is handmade, so the designs are all one-offs.
