Tiggy still out and about. I gave him some beef trimmings last night. He must have thought it was his birthday the way he got stuck in! Spoiled, so he is!

Gym this morning, and lunch with my parents, today.

I was going to go to the gym yesterday, but the day was a bit of a challenge after Friday night. I was a bit fragile. Although not as bad as one of my pals, who was sprawled in my bed, groaning, until lunch time, looking like she'd been dropped from a great height and splattered across the bed. I suspect I only woke up yesterday because I had her arm in my face.
