Does O2 Provide A Simple Payg Service?

I don't want bundles where you can have loads of txt messages which are never used and eat up the money whether the phones used or not.

How do I know this?
A couple of weeks ago, I went to a gig at the Brixton Academy ... now owned by O2.
As we arrived, there were O2 reps, asking if you were an O2 customer. If you were with O2, you went into a separate queue. It turned out that they were going to let all the O2 customers in before all the other people who had paid the same price for their tickets.
So I walked to the newsagent near Brixton station, bought an O2 SIM card and a £10 O2 top up, told the security staff I was now an O2 customer, and we moved into the O2 priority queue.
We must've queue jumped past about two hundred people who had been ahead of us in the "non O2" queue.

Yes. I have one. I don't think any service provider insists you buy bundles. By definition that is extra stuff you can purchase if you think they will be of value to you. That doesn't mean they haven't provided inclusive stuff with your account payment. Seems to always have been the trend to have so many inclusive minutes call time, and probably has so many inclusive texts, before your credit starts to reduce.
