For domestic users, you would simply note the address given, switch off, then re-boot. Check the site again, and it'll show a different address if it's Dynamic.
For a business, perhaps with its own servers, I guess the simplest way would be to ask your IT guy. I'm no expert, but I would imagine that re-booting your PC may well take you back to the same Static address if that's what you have.
