Just seen Mr Jamie Oliver traybaking a fish dish on a gas hob.
Just wondering if anybody has done traybaking on an electric hob and if ots just as effective

Can't see why not. Traybaking is just using a different type of vessel to cook the first part of the recipe. Saves washing a pan and all the flavours are saved.
