Just tried my big coats on and only one fits!!!!!
As I said I intended to have a 'dry' November - I only drink at the weekends so that's not really the problem. I might as well go the whole hog and try to drop a dress size by the end of the month. I have only started today though as I had to finish a bottle of wine on Saturday - left from Friday (that was October)
Anyway so far its been a bowl of malted wheat things and I'm about to have an apple or tangerine

I have used the fitness pal app before - and I did lose sometimes almost a pound a day because it spurred me on to walk more.
Trouble was all the good i did during the week was undone at the weekends
I guess giving up alcohol will help

Well I'm doing really well with this at the moment
I've decided to give up chocolate as well - just to make it more difficult!
This will be my first big test as I am going to son no2 for tea.
Last night I went out and had a pub tea - I actually shared a veggie burger with my friend
But tonight and the weekend will be the big tests
