Where did the phrase 'Handy Bendy Ghandi' come from. I think it was Neil from the Young Ones but I'm not sure!

It came from a mock advert: 'You've seen the film....now get the doll....Handi, Bendi, Ghandi.....complete with a wardrobe of robes and a cast of five thousand followers...or something to that effect.
